Wanderer Control system - Invaluable for residential homes having confused residents together with residents more capable of looking after themselves without supervision. With access control on key external doors controlled by an WANDERER SYSTEM, only residents at risk, wearing a wrist or ankle tag, will activate the lock and prevent them wandering out into the street or countryside. Other residents without tags, staff and visitors, can pass freely.
OUTDOORS A sensor loop can also be buried in a driveway or path to provide a final means of alerting staff, via pagers or an alarm, that a wanderer is approaching safe limits of the Home environment. You no longer need to have eyes everywhere at once when caring for wanderers, and relatives are reassured that the residents are in a safe environment.
